This is my pantry list with all the foods that I always have in stock at home. So I can, along with fresh fruit and vegetables, always make up something delicious and healthy!

Believe me, if you once have some essential healthy foods at home, it is so easy to eat well and live healthy. With a little superfood powder, some seeds, nuts etc. you can make every meal healthy/ healthier.

Of course I didn’t buy all that stuff at once, since that would be too much for my budget. But over time, my cupboards got really filled (and fortunately most of it is very economical and durable, such as chia seeds, spirulina powder etc.).
