Today I have another super delicious, beautiful and pink beetroot smoothie /juice for you!
With everything you need to make it healthy and strong through the autumn. Especially the beetroot has great ingredients that are good for digestion and heart health.
Since I don’t have a juicer, the juice of beetroot, cucumber and carrot are bought and mixed up with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Mmmmh, I could have another glass right now…
Here are the ingredients for a big glass:
- 100 ml of beetroot juice
- 100 ml of cucumber juice
- 200 ml of carrot juice
- 1 apple
- one sip of lemon juice
- small piece of ginger
- Put everything in the blender and blend properly until nice and smooth.
