I therefore created a fresh and tasty melon-cucumber soup, which I would like to share with you.
For two bowls of soup you’ll need:
- 1/2 honeydew melon
- 1 piece of cucumber (about 10 cm)
- 1 dash of white wine
- 1 handful of fresh basil (mint is also great!)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- cayenne pepper
Throw everything in the blender and mix for 30 seconds. That’s it.
Garnish the soup with a little basil and enjoy with a cool glass of white wine. Delicious!
