Autumn smoothie with radicchio

Today I have a smoothie for you that pushes your immune system, contains seasonal ingredients and includes cinnamon that gives it a very special touch (don’t worry, it doesn’t taste like Christmas).

Radicchio is really healthy due to its bitter substances; but these are covered by the sweetness of grapes, pears and dates.

Give it a try, it tastes really special and delicious!

Here are the ingredients for one glass:

  • 3 radicchio leaves
  • 1 small pear
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 date
  • some cinnamon
  • water


  1. First blend radicchio with a little water until there are no more pieces.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and depending on your preference more water to it and thoroughly blend until everything is homogeneous and smooth.
