Today I have a smoothie for you that pushes your immune system, contains seasonal ingredients and includes cinnamon that gives it a very special touch (don’t worry, it doesn’t taste like Christmas).
Radicchio is really healthy due to its bitter substances; but these are covered by the sweetness of grapes, pears and dates.
Give it a try, it tastes really special and delicious!
Here are the ingredients for one glass:
- 3 radicchio leaves
- 1 small pear
- 1 handful of grapes
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 date
- some cinnamon
- water
preparation:
- First blend radicchio with a little water until there are no more pieces.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and depending on your preference more water to it and thoroughly blend until everything is homogeneous and smooth.
