The creamiest, most delicious hummus

Hummus is simply delicious! Whether you enjoy it as a dip, on bread or for grilling, it’s just always a blast!

And today, for the first time, I tried a insider tip to get the hummus creamier. Although it sounds a bit time-consuming (it actually is), it is really worth it: peel the chickpeas! I used canned chickpeas and it worked out quite easy to just press the chickpeas out of their shell. Kichererbsenschalen Here you find all the ingredients for the most delicious hummus at a glance:

  • 150 g chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • salt
  • Cumin

Throw everything in the blender and mix for a few minutes until it is nice and creamy.
