Hummus is simply delicious! Whether you enjoy it as a dip, on bread or for grilling, it’s just always a blast!
And today, for the first time, I tried a insider tip to get the hummus creamier. Although it sounds a bit time-consuming (it actually is), it is really worth it: peel the chickpeas! I used canned chickpeas and it worked out quite easy to just press the chickpeas out of their shell. Here you find all the ingredients for the most delicious hummus at a glance:
- 150 g chickpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- salt
- Cumin
Throw everything in the blender and mix for a few minutes until it is nice and creamy.
