Since you know everything about chia seeds now, here comes the first recipe. An incredibly great, delicious, healthy, sugar free, beautiful Chia Pudding!

You’ll need: 

  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or almond milk, rice milk or any other milk)
  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup (or honey, agave nectar or any other sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 handful of berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)
  • some fruit to garnish (I took raspberries, blueberries and mango)


And here’s how: 

Mix the milk with the berries, stir in maple syrup and chia seeds, fill all that in a glass or bowl and set in the fridge overnight. The next day, it has transformed to a pudding and you only need to garnish it or mix in the fruit. Done :-)
